Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data this site collects, how it is used, and what your rights are.
Data controller
Grégoire Vallet, freelance video editor.
Contact: gregoirevallet.monteur@gmail.com · +33 7 68 55 18 03.
No postal address is published on this site; the cities mentioned are service locations, not offices.
Data collected
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message (required).
For abuse prevention: a hashed fingerprint derived from your IP address is stored with your message to limit repeated submissions. This is pseudonymous data: hashing does not make an IP address anonymous.
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience-measurement tools.
How your data is used
Your information is used only to reply to your enquiry. It is not sold. It is processed by the site’s hosting and database provider (see “Third-party services”); Google/YouTube receives data only if you start a film. When you send a message, an email notification goes to Grégoire Vallet and to the site’s technical manager, and an acknowledgement is sent to you, through the site host’s email delivery service.
Retention
Messages are kept in the site’s private database only for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry. You can ask for their deletion at any time at the address below.
Cookies, local storage and videos
The site stores your consent choice in your browser’s local storage (key “gregoire-vallet-cookie-consent”).
Fonts are hosted on this site: no request is sent to Google Fonts.
You can review or change your choice at any time through the “Privacy preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
Portfolio films are streamed by YouTube. The player only loads when you click play; at that moment Google may set cookies under its own policies.
Third-party services
Lovable — website hosting and the contact form database.
YouTube — embedded video player, loaded only after you agree.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to gregoirevallet.monteur@gmail.com.
